Charlotte Slovos, Heidi Ashcraft and Leilani Kimmel-Dagostino are 3 women running for Torrance City Council. According to Mayoral candidate Tom Brewer, there will most likely be up to 23 candidates and possibly more women running since one of the seats vacated was the one of Susan Rhilinger. It will be interesting when trying to put together a candidates forum with 23 candidates. Wow.
